Pool and Spa: visual inspection of protective fencing, shell and coping, equipment; including gas and electrical connections, functional test of equipment
Radon Measurement: fast two day test of indoor radon levels using sun nuclear continuous radon monitors in accordance with the EPA's protocols for Product Measurement in Homes (EPA 402-R-93-003)
